(CNN) -- A man died of a gunshot wound at a Florida home owned by Olivia Newton John, police said Monday.
John and her husband were not at the property when the shooting happened, according a spokesman with Tequesta Fire and Rescue.
"There was a deceased male found at the scene," said the spokesman, Peter Allen. "Jupiter police are investigating whether it was a suicide."
Public records indicate John's husband, John Easterling, owns the Palm Beach County home and that a sale is pending.
